Gymnasium
We hold pride in our gym being a safe, community filled environment. Our fully TechnoGym equipped gym, with dumbbells ranging from 1kg to 50kg, a variety of cardiovascular equipment and resistance machines, providing the perfect space for beginners and long time gym-goers.
In our multi functional area, you can find a range of equipment, from our Boxing Bag and Battle Rope, to our Sled and Sand Bags and so much more!
With your membership we offer a complimentary Body M.O.T that you can keep updating to record your process. We also offer FREE and UNLIMITED Classes and access to our Steam Room so you can relax after a hard workout!
We have fitness instructors on-site to help guide you on your journey, whether you’re just starting out, if you've hit a wall, or need someone to spot you, we are there for you.
We also offer discounts for Blue Light Card holders and Rolls-Royce employees and spouses.

Studio
A modern, open, multi-purpose studio with floor-to-ceiling mirrors, ideal for everything from spin and fitness classes to dance & judo.
The studio comes equipped with weights, bars, steps and floor mats, and a surround sound system where you can have complete control at the front of the studio. Creating a perfect space for a private workout, or to hire for classes.

Indoor Sports
Our versatile well lit, Sports Hall, creates the perfect space for a multitude of sports. When in sole use, we have space for 4 full size Badminton courts, a full size Basketball court and a 5/6-a-side Football court. The Sports Hall can also be used for a variety of other activities, such as training days and fitness tests.
We also have two separate Squash courts, one hard back and one glass back. Our Squash courts are also available to hire for Table Tennis.
